Born in Nicaragua, Lilian Rincón has built an impressive career in tech, and as of May 2024, she is the Vice President of Product Management for Google Shopping. In this role, she is driving innovation to make Google’s shopping platform more personalized and user-friendly through AI and advanced data analytics. Before this, Lilian led the team behind Google Assistant, playing a pivotal role in making voice-activated technology accessible to millions around the globe. Her journey from Nicaragua to a leadership role in one of the world’s top tech companies is a powerful testament to her expertise and determination. Gabriela de Queiroz: Championing Inclusivity in AI

Brazilian-born Gabriela de Queiroz is a Principal Cloud Advocate Manager at Microsoft, where she leads a global team focused on AI, machine learning, and data advocacy. She founded R-Ladies, a global initiative promoting diversity in the R programming community, and AI Inclusive, which advocates for greater representation of minorities in artificial intelligence. Gabriela's work addresses the biases in AI and empowers underrepresented groups to participate in shaping the future of this technology. Ana Corrales: Leading the Smart Home Revolution

Ana Corrales, originally from Costa Rica, is the Chief Operating Officer for Google’s Devices & Services business. She oversees the development of Google’s hardware products such as Pixel phones, Nest devices, and Fitbit wearables, while also managing the Google Store's retail operations. Ana has been instrumental in integrating sustainability into Google's product design, and her commitment to fostering diversity in tech is seen in her mentorship work with Women@Google and the Latinx Employee Resource Group, HOLA. Her journey from engineering and entrepreneurship to leadership at Google showcases her passion for innovation and inclusivity in the tech world

Vanessa Feliberti Bautista: Driving Innovation at Microsoft
